I reccomend every part of the service here. it had gotten to the point that it appeared that I was making a visit every month to have something fixed on my previously owned GL550. I went in for parts. Eric helped and was very kind. When he passed my items to the cashier, she never looked up at , or greeted me. She typed whatever she needed to into her computer and simply told me my price was $150.10. I gave her the cash, she didn’t say anything. She never came over to me but rather reached over to me. When she gave me my receipt , that’s when she said thank you. I looked at her and walked away. You have to do better as the person customers see when working, especially in a business like Mercedes Benz
