Had an issue last week with my Mercedes 300. Due to the shutdown I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get in with no appointment. Pull up and saw my guy Rafael. Love the fact he’s been there for years. He’s always professional, kind , and courteous. Makes a difference when you have long time employees that customers remember and respect. He’s always gone the extra mile. This time was no different.
