Probably the best service department around. It is why I own my GLC 300. Service advisors are always courteous and thorough and technicians do their best to complete service on time. And although I have had a couple of issues over the nearly 7 years I have driven vehicles from this dealership, they have always made things right 110% of the time!

This place is by far the worst service I’ve received anywhere EVER! I brought in my car for a airbag switch. Mind you, they are the one who keep contacting me to come in and switch that airbag. So I schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I bring my car in on that appointment date 11/25 at 1 PM the day before thanksgiving, I was told that I can get my car back in 2 to 3 hours. When I call them at 4PM no one answered. When they finally pick up the phone, I kept getting transferred. So by 7 pm, I started to worried so... read more

Just got my car back for the second time. September they replaced my belts last week those same belts frayed and were about to break. I didn’t get an explanation an apology for the issue or anything. I even had to spend a few hours back and forth arguing about them trying to charge me for a tow, I expect better from Mercedes.
