RecommendedI just had my car in for service and Marcus did a great job. I dropped my car off and it was finished before I got off work. The gave me a ride back to work and they picked me up from my office when the car was ready. This is such a great help when my husband travels it makes life much easier. Marcus always does a great job.

First visit to the MB of Orlando at Maitland and first impression was great. The service was clearly explained and timeline was realistic as most maintenance in a dealer goes. Kudos to my service adviser Ivan Borbon. The customer lounge was better than those I had in NYC. Lol! Happy to be here.
Our cells been re win over and above to make sure that our long distance sale happened in a very short period of time for our daughter's birthday.
We were searching for a CLA250 for our daughter for Christmas and met Angelina, who had just started in sales. She was most helpful in understanding our needs and did a marvelous job of preparing the vehicle with the appropriate Christmas bow ready for a Christmas morning surprise. Great job Angelina.

I had an excellent experience at the Mercedes Dealership in Orlando. The staff was very helpful and the facility was clean and beautiful. Right before we left the salesman filled up the gas tank and had the tires shined and vehicle waxed. Thank you Charles!!!
