Zero stars. I have a deal for free service at any AutoNation. I should have known with the 30+ cars lined up, parked in the service area 3 lanes deep. I waited almost 3 HOURS for an oil change (with an appointment)! They claim there is only so many bays for non-Mercedes vehicles so that is what caused the delay. Whaaaa? It had taken a half an hour just for them to wash my car but I was tired of waiting. So I told them not to wash my car. They yanked it out of the car wash with soap still dripping on it! This service location is one of the best. Professional team, fast service with a smile, affordable costs. Drake - our family go to service agent is an amazing person and takes time to talk to his clients and understand the needs. Me and my wife's car comes out spot clean, and serviced with a lot of care.
