Awful experience with service department and Ted Kypreos year over year and thousands of dollars latter. Have owned two Mercedes in the last 14 years and will never ever buy another one because the service department is incomplete and are outright deceptive and dishonest.
My husband and I went to the dealership a little after 7pm. We already knew what car we were going to purchase. While on the lot Not one sales person greeted us. One sales person walked past us to go get his lunch box. We knew it was close to closing we would have even came back the next day to finalize whatever need to be done. Not to mention we came from Ohio to purchase. I called and left a message with the sales manager, he never returned my call. This dealership is terrible. I purchased a new car 6 years ago. In the last 11 months I have spent over $5000 having things fixed. Whenever I pick it up there is always something else broken. I've tried to be patient but I feel like they think a woman has no idea about cars. My vehicle has always been serviced where I purchased it. I will never own another Mercedes. It isn't only the dealership but the product itself.
