Charlie is the best excellent customer service they are awesome
This dealership is the biggest ripoff! I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz of Orange Park since December 2018. Since December I have spent $6,500 in repairs. I am having issues with this dealership performing ANY service correct. Almost every time I've had work done, some aspect of the job has remained unfinished or I have had paint/body damage. After a long day of car shopping and time wasted we arrived at Mercedes of Orange Park late in the day. We were greeted By Joe Lutz and he was very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot and even took us to see what had been traded in that day. We then went inside to look at online inventory. After finding a car and test driving we went back in to create our deal. We stopped by and walked around the lot and waited inside the lobby at the help desk that had no one there and walked around the show room for about 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone. Very disappointed because I was there to look at the 2013 Subaru Wrx and the bmw 3 series parked out front. Would have been nice to have at least been acknowledged rather than ignored.
They need a new service department. No return phone calls or follow through from service department, but if your car is in the service center for more than 3 days, you will get a phone call from a salesperson wanting to sell you a new car.
