We purchased a vehicle on June 23, 2018 that found to have mechanical issues eleven days after the purchase. A rather unusual for a MB, in our opinion. Brought it in and was told later that the part has been ordered (Germany). I scheduled a drop off for my car at 7:30 with a loaner. I arrived at 7:30 and waited in the lobby for 45 min. I then met my service guy who seemed clueless that I was waiting so long. Then I was told I didn’t have a loaner, despite an email confirming it. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here!
I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted and instead I was shown options I didn’t even think I had by Charles Brownell(who was great and not pushy at all). I left with something even better then what I thought I was getting walking in today. Everyone there made this experience easy and enjoyable!!!
