Normally I don't have much of a problem with them but today was absolutely ridiculous. After receiving several emails regarding the replacement of 2 rear tires I made an early appointment to have it done After arriving I find that my regular service advisor is not there and had to deal with a new person (that I've never seen before) who tells me that she's her assistant. They are horrible for services. After scheduling an appointment for a simple oil change it takes up to 4 hours to get checked out and get your car back. With no option to get a loaner car or anything while my family and I waited. Zero star review for me!!!
after a not so great experience at another location, I am very thankful for the prompt speed and attention given to my car.I would highly recommend the orange park location. Josh stayed in contact and informative.

Worse case of a Bait & Switch, ever! My wife and I came here to take advantage of their 0% financing offer. We wanted a four door E model with a V6. However, the only one they showed us didn't have the driver assistance package. Which is what we wanted. So they don't have any on their lot, no big deal. Now Mr Salesman says he found one "just north" of us but it was a two door coupe. And the coupes are not in the 0% program.
