Ted K. is an excellent service advisor. He keeps me informed on the vehicle status. Each time I have brought my vehicle in for regular service they have addressed any other issues or warranty issues. The only complaint I have is that each service visit takes 2-4 days, but this is a symptom of the system and not the technicians or service advisor.
