Tony Cavallo, my Service Advisor, was instrumental in getting me back on the road quickly after a minor hiccup with my SL500. A great person to work and chat with! Tony was fantastic, and gets a 5 star rating from me! I am at 189,000 miles on the SL, and only 123,000 miles until the next high mileage award from Mercedes! I am surprised he is not on the Meet our Staff page? (Perhaps I was looking at the wrong directly. )
I was sold a car that the salesman misrepresented. When I realized that it would not meet my requirements I traded it in for another make automobile that had what I needed. It was another make from another dealer but I had the Mercedes for less than a month. I had prepaid for a maintenance contract in excess of a thousand dollars. I never used it nor will I ever use it as I only owned the automobile for a few weeks, they have refused to reimburse me for this. I will never recommend this dealership.
