The dealership has had my car for two weeks to accomplish the 30k mile service and fix the heated driver's seat. At the end of week one, was called and told that my car was ready. Upon arriving, I tested the supposedly fixed issue only to discover it was not fixed. Had to swap off to a 2nd loaner. Got a 2nd call in the middle of the 2nd week stating that the loaner had been sold out from under me, and by the way...my car was still not fixed. Now in 3rd loaner car. My car is still not fixed. All employees treat you like "part of the family." From the salespersons, to the valet young men, to the service advisor and team. It's service after the sale that sometimes differentiates dealerships. I'm delighted with the Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Florida dealership. By the way, I got a mega terrific deal on the car.
