RecommendedI bought a new GLE 350 in December of last year and there has been no service required since then. I brought it in for Service A and I could not be happier. Tamera was excellent, my SUV was returned on time in excellent condition. The Ultra Detail was well worth the cost. I would not hesitate to use Fields Mercedes of OP for service.

The service folks are just great! They are always fast and friendly and fairly knowledgeable. That must be why I've had my car in the shop a dozen times. Sadly, on the day I took delivery of my new car we found a number of problems. Here nearly a year later and dozens of trips to the shop all those problems still exist. I don't blame the service department, I believe they are doing the best they can. The fact remains that I purchased a brand-new car that has never worked correctly, and at this point I doubt it ever will.
Never Again! Customer Service is simply horrible. My car stayed 14 days for service. I have NEVER experience the treatment that I did at ANY dealership. Life Lessons: 1. Never visit Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park Again! 2. Never, will I get another Mercedes-Benz!
