After contacting the internet manager initially I waited two days with out a response then went back to the advertisement to give my insurance man the VIN to insure to find the post was removed. I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Ontario again to say I hope you didn't sell the car and the response was yes we sold it yesterday. If they would of communicated earlier and hadn't been delayed by waiting for them to respond I wouldn't have lost out on the car. The slogan on their e-mail and Website is the best or nothing at all. I drove this car, and after a little negotiating over a couple days, bought it. Sales man was nice, but seemed a little over worked. the purchase took almost 3 hours, but was worth it in the end.

Sale man informed me that the car I want is still available if I showed up in 1hr. I showed up in 30 mins. Other sale man told me it sold, he never showed up.

When We arrived Wife and I we were greeted at the door and they were very attentive. Once we met our sales rep. Mr.Ty Trimble he advised use that the vehicle we came to see was being sold. Mr. Trimble went out of his way to find another vehicle for my wife that she fell in love with and this car had more options that my wife was looking for.
