I had another great buying experience at Hendrick working the fabulous Jacki Gallo-Amey. Now Im driving a classy S550! I am thrilled .
Purchased a pre owned Cadillac and first time seeing it it had not been cleaned so we put a dep to hold the car. It had window tint too dark for NC so it had to be stripped. During this process it damaged the leather. Unfortunately we did not see it with the light and it being in the back seat when we picked it up. We called and let them know and we were asked to bring it in. Their only solution was to put shiny conditioner on it which only masked the issue and did not fix it, you can see by the photos.
