So let’s go back to the very beginning. I went to the lot to purchase a vehicle. I found a vehicle I liked and called back to see if it were available. I was told over the phone it was. So I set up an appointment to come in to purchase it and asked for them to have it detailed already so that I wouldn’t have to wait on that during the purchase.
