The staff is always very respectful and willing to assist. I was able to get to the service department early and even though my appointment was still an hour a way they took it right in and fixed the issue. Everyone we saw or dealt with were so polite and caring about our experience. We appreciated the loaner very much. The courteous wash was great. Others there for service were really pleased and were complimentary. Thanks to Mercedes for sending out the recall on something that needed attention.
My experience was very pleasant. Taylor my service agent was friendly and informative. I did not have wait long for a loaner. I was in and out.
