RecommendedWent to Mercedes-Benz of Northlake to look for a car for my 77 year old mother. The experience was wonderful! Shaun Millien was our salesman/client advisor and we found him to be very knowledgeable and so very patient with mom. He answered all of our questions and made the experience great. All of the staff that interacted with us were exceptional, especially Joe ( General Manager) and Zaraha who provided exceptional customer education with mom. I was in town helping my grandmother pick out a new car. She had been eyeing her first Mercedes and we stopped in to see several dealers inventories and ended up purchasing a beautiful Lunar Blue C43 from Shaun who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was the most patient rep I’ve ever experienced and we had a lot of fun driving different models with him. The after sales services provided by Zaraha was excellent and Joe the manager was great as well. Overall great experience buying from them!
