Horrible experience. I went in to drop off my car for a windshield replacement and because they couldn’t find me in their system they started yelling at me. I showed them my confirmation code and they said that I can’t just come in and replace my windshield, they have to order it first. Well, I’m not working there so I don’t know how that works. RecommendedGarrett Michael is the best sales person we have ever met. We have owned Mercedes cars for the last fifteen years at least and he was wonderful. Garrett is polite and most importantly completely understands his product. He even showed me things on the car we were trading in that I didn't know the car could do! He has followed up repeatedly to see if we had any issues or questions. I cannot recommend Hendrick Mercedes Northlake and in particular Garrett enough. Love our new cars!
