Very disappointed that only after 45 days Iam having issues with my certified pre owned Mercedes that I purchased from this dealer ship.

Had such a great experience working with Chase! He got me the Benz I wanted and I'm in love with it! Everyone was so nice and sweet! Especially with my 2 little kids running around! Really good experience at this dealership. Carlos Rodriguez in particular is amazing and supportive. The entire department is helpful and always try their best to provide you with the best service possible. They are not judgmental and treated me and my family with the utmost respect. Being 22 and owning a Mercedes is nothing I could have imagined, but Mercedes Benz of Loveland helped me accomplish one of my dreams!
