RecommendedThis was truly an outstanding experience! From start to finish! We had service B done to our RV, with Austin meeting us being completely ready for our service which took over 2 hours but what a job, replacing filters, light bulbs, oil, ect. Texted us when the job was done and must say our RV runs better then ever before! I cannot recommend them enough!
We are lucky to be alive and well, and Mercedes Loveland, CO is a life saver!! Austin Severin and our Sprinter Tech, Alec, were the most kind, helpful, and efficient team we have ever worked with. Mercedes Roadside Assistance is amazing, but the knowledge and skills of these guys in Loveland is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Buying a car is stressful but buying a car during COVID-19 was even more intimidating. I went in for an airbag recall and not only was the service fast! But they washed my car too! The representative that I checked in with was very friendly and welcoming!
I had a great experience purchasing my new C300 at Mercedes Benz of Loveland. I specifically got to work with Alex, Nick, Brian and Chase in sales and Kacey in service. They were all very professional and accommodating! I highly recommend working with the shop foreman as I was able to meet with him as well and was very impressed with how much knowledge and experience he has on Mercedes vehicles.

The level of customer service provided at your dealership is BEYOND POOR! I emailed Kasey Curtis 5 days ago and haven't heard back on an ongoing issue with our Sprinter Van.
