Very professional the best service I ever had
Best car buying experience ever! Nic Mercer was very friendly and personable the entire time and never showed any sort of impatience while my husband and I took time to talk things over or with my 2 year old son when he was losing his patience. Felipe was very fast and efficient through the financial side of it and also super friendly. I can't even express how great the level of professionalism is that we experienced here at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Our Sales person Chase Albright was exceptional to work with. Brian Butler the new car sales Manager made all the numbers work. It was easy right down to the Finance person Felipe Sorzano.
