The service was excellent. Mike outside was great.
Did what they said in a timely manner. Very polite, timely, and had a loaner. I would recommend this retailer. They are well organized and the cappuccino is great
The service always is above and beyond ..
Service is fast, friendly, and efficient.
Apparently when you pull into the service department they only approach and provide service to certain people. Watches them assist everyone else but me and after waiting 10 minute I approached someone who only showed me where all the service providers sit & I had to locate on my own the person I had an appointment with. Meanwhile they continued providing personalized service to certain people. Sit outside not in the lounge there are maskless people coughing and seemingly no big deal.
