Don't bother trying to get anyone to answer their phone, or call you back in a timely fashion. Staff won't answer the phone.... they just see your caller ID and continue route you to a voicemail. VERY poor customer communications. Makes me want to return the car.

What a long wait! - they say 1-2 hrs wait. It’s now 2.5 hrs wait & car is not ready yet. Frustrated
First class operation. Very helpful and the people are always trying to serve. I would not go anywhere else. It is my 4th E-350.
Inspections are quite thorough. For people who don't take care of their cars, this promotes safety and security. However, if you just topped up the windshield washer fluid and put on your own wipers, failing inspection for this seems trivial. In any case, the staff is polite and work is done quickly, even addressing the recall I didn't know was outstanding.
You guys were on my mind. I was in the market to upgrade my 2017 Mercedes. By far RBM of Alpharetta has gone far beyond my expectations. From the time I called Mark Higgs about financing, he workes diligently to make sure I rode in my upgraded Mercedes that day. After the purchase, It seems like the whole management staff came around to thank me. That was Awesome!! I will definitely leave these guys 5 Stars!! Well worth it.
I had a great experience buying a vehicle at this dealership! Everyone including the General Manager and the salesman “Keith” was really professional and friendly! I strongly recommend buying from them.

Friendly service staff. They greet you right away when you pull in. Their service has always been prestige, pricey bit well worth it in the end You can't cut corners on Mercedes repairs and I trust them. The best part yesterday they washed my car. That means alot. Thanks
