Confusing - I emailed them about the Honda CR-V 4 people contacted me while I was in CT for Christmas holiday. Carfax was CLEAN - 2 owners, only service recorded was MB did an oil & filter change. Repaired the windshield. That was it! They contacted HONDA - they had no service records that any service was ever preformed at an Authorized Honda dealership. So, at 58,100 miles no history of any service including the recommended 7,500 mile oil changes. Maybe the oil&filter was never changed.
Good dealer but the price was not what I was expected
I do not recommend ************* Laguna Niguel, especially **** ******* . After selling me a car, he ghosted me and provided incorrect information. My experience felt like dealer fraud. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
