If you want great smiles and service up until you buy the car and ridiculously poor service afterwards this is the place for you. From WiFi to Mercedes me ( perfect name as its all about them) vs Mercedes you ( as the customer counts) these folks are the worst and I will never buy from them again!!!!

We have been doing business here for 7 years or so with very mixed results from great to terrible. But this was four latest service visit on AMG GTS. Eddie is our latest service manager and is great, told him I could wait save getting loaner car as can work from their convenient area with 3 cubes. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working and while the ladies at front desk were very helpful thier IT guy was at another dealership and couldn't figure out what problem was, didn't even try and talked through it.
