They have come a long way recently. They have systems in place and they appear to have new management.
I can not tell you how professional and quick they are. I have dealt with both Brad and Kyle I usually go in the afternoon so no matter how bad their day may have been they are professional. I can not recommend this service center enough
MB Georgetown was on point! Everyone was up to the task when I had my 2012 diesel serviced. The diagnosis was made quickly and the communication was via text and web apps. ( loaner car, work authorization, final walkout, etc.) I liked that.

I love my new GLK and Tabatha was awesome. It was a painless process and everyone was very nice. She has accommodated my detail at a later date and she is very into great customer service. Professional & efficient. I was impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the work. They did what they said they would and went over and above with their detailed communication back to me with a complete overview of the work done.
I was stranded and Mecedes-Benz of Georgetown was excellent! I do think that if these new cars are going to use the “run flat” tires that all dealerships should keep the tires on hand! We had to send to Austin for a tire which added over two hours to my wait time The entire team was so helpful, kind and generous! Loved my clean car when I departed! K

I got my car serviced here and received excellent advise from Nikole Sarles. She was extremely professional and masterfully coordinated my repair requirements with my extended waranty provider, myself, and her internal customers.
