The check in for service is quick and easy. They inspect the vehicle providing an estimate of the work to be done which I feel is always fair.
My my experience with mercedes-Benz of Georgetown wasn’t Good .. The communication between different departments is very unprofessional.. They tell you anything to get your business then after you buy a car that when you see how disorganized they really .. are ...all about the money not the Stockholders which is the Coustomer.. Sale associate that sold the automobiles was nice but however overall I wish that I would had stay with the Lexus of Austin..

Amazing service!! My 16 year old car had an issue with a major component. MB of Georgetown took care of me as if I just purchased my car from them! The level of service was spectacular, I actually can’t wait to visit again.
