Like buying a used car from a crook. New nothing about the car. Lied about rebates. Follow up was terrible. Could be a 1 off but I'll never go back and probably won't buy another Mercedes because of the experience.

When I stop by Mercedes Benz of Durham last Sat. I saw The beautiful car caught my eye and I fell in love with the car. I ask My Sales Adviser Jon Choi about the car. He answered all my questions and concerns that I have with trade.. He called me on Monday to see what can he do to help move forward I told him all have to make sense for me to get the car. He shows me how everything up to penny that works for me. I told him I will take the car. send did all the process over the phone and it took me about an hour at the Dealer.... read more
