I was welcomed as I did not have an appointment to view any of the vehicles. I was shown the vehicle I was interested in. Although I had some concerns about the vehicle after reading the CarFax, the sales representative was very understanding and kept the experience professional. They allowed me to start the motor, listen to the engine and offered for me to take for a test drive. My disappointment would be that I was not offered to look at another vehicle of similar type within my price range.
