Like buying a used car from a crook. New nothing about the car. Lied about rebates. Follow up was terrible. Could be a 1 off but I'll never go back and probably won't buy another Mercedes because of the experience.

The fastest and. most convenient auto purchase we've ever had. Super great customer service. Our Product Specialist Jon Choi bent over backwards to make us happy as did the rest of the staff. I love my new (to me) car!! I would recommend them to everyone!

Love Hendrick Mercedes! I've been going there for service for the last 8 years (Charlotte and then Durham). I'm closer to other Mercedes dealerships but would never go anywhere else. They truly give the Mercedes experience. My service manager, John Hall, is absolutely fantastic! He is always helpful and goes above and beyond! I have bought my last 2 cars from them and am about to buy my 3rd from Hendricks Mercedes.
