Went in for an express oil change at 7:50 am, was promised the car by 11:00. At 2:00 pm nothing was done. Very poor service! Picked up my car and left with no oil change. Service advisor had lame excuses.
It was a rocky beginning but Mike Franz made it right 🤗 I drove almost 3hr to MB of Calabasas and I will be returning for my next car👍 Thank you again Roman (sales) you where great!! I ❤️ my MB
