RecommendedMy service advisor Andrew Tiangco Sonic at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas contacted me about a factory recall on the airbags in my C250. He scheduled a pickup at my home with a free loaner car. He updated me while it was there about some other service coming due and I approved. Both the pickup and delivery person were very courteous. Andrew email the the final service and I in turn paid on line that made everything so simple. Very Happy with the service from Andrew Tiangco Sonic at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas
Extremely high customer service! Very professional and accommodating. I took my car in for a regular service pre-scheduled and they had everything ready to go for me. I was in and out in just a few minutes with a beautiful loaner car at no charge. This dealership can't be beat. They had the best sales department as well. we had a great time there when we bought our car. Highly recommend this dealership!
