Very helpful. I took my car in for a factory warranty problem, I was given a brand new Courtesy Vehicle while my car was being serviced, and everyone whom I had contact with was friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and their vehicle is properly serviced. Thank you to all the staff at Calabasas Mercedes.
