The parts and service staff of MB of Calabasas have always been genuinely pleasant to deal with up to my recent (last week) visit. I have attempted to try the service departments elsewhere (due to distance travel) but I end up back at MB of Calabasas 99.9% of the time. Thank you guys and see you all soon!!

I’ve used Mercedes Calabasas for many years and have never had a problem. They are so polite, extremely helpful with all my questions. Always on time and my car is washed and ready to go when I arrive.

Well......I can't say I am an easy going customer (unfortunately 😁 ) I am picky, demanding and wanting to know everything, so it takes a serious people skills to make good by me. Well, I just got a THIRD car lease from MB of Calabasas and I will go back for the next one there as well. I drive 15 miles to get there although I do have a MB dealership 3 miles from me. I service the car in MB of Calabasas as well. Every time I go to MB of Calabasas I am treated like a family member. Everybody is nice, friendly and helpful there... read more

As always, their service department was top notch. Not only am I treated like a regular with respect, but more over, they always remember me and make the experience personal. Been with MBZ Calabasas for 11 years now both sales and service. Not a chance that I would take my business else where.

Service is excellent. Dealer picks up my car and drops it off at home. Car is cleaned and sanitized. Service personnel are professional.
