The dealership is wonderful and the service group seems very competent. . Our complaint is with Mercedes itself and its engineers. To make new vehicles idiot proof everybody is building in proximity warning radar. Except in our vehicle the engineers forgot to install a car wash mode so it can be deactivated. So every time you go through a car wash the vehicle throws a Code Blue panic attack. Dodges at half the price have this feature. Wonders of German engineering.

Recently had work preformed to repair air leak on my GLE350 sun roof.Work took several days to repair but the air leak has disappeared.Would like to thank the efforts of Hector and Mercedes to insure the work was properly completed.

I rate the dealership a 10+ out of 10. Everything was exceptional - from Geoff Kaleal’s check-in and follow up to Steward’s service of our 2020 Sprinter RV. I have owned numerous Mercedes over the past 25 years. This is hands down the best dealership in the Florida. Their service has always exceeded my high expectations. Don’t go anyplace else.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs left a lot to be desired. The car I purchased was not ready for pickup at the established date & time and no one bothered to call and tell me. This was the beginning of a series of miscommunications, including the salesperson “not remembering” our phone conversation from the day before, and the finance director giving me inaccurate information and speaking to me in a disrespectful and misogynistic tone.
