I was in the hospital and my wife had a issue with the car. Jeff provided her with a loaner and she was back on the road in a few minutes. When the car was fixed they delivered it to the house. Clean and detailed. We couldn’t ask for better, courteous service. Thank You! Gary Cansler

I purchased a new vehicle with Anthony and he was great from start to finish. He picked me up close to 2 hours away and he drove me to the dealership. I bought plenty of cars before and I have never experienced that level of service. On the financing side, I was put to work with Armando and he did everything so quick and easy for me. We had an appointment for annual maintenance. The first appointment was canceled because there was no loaner car available. Okay. We rescheduled for the following week. No problem. However, they didn’t get our car in to the service bay until the second day even though we had an appointment. There was another issue that the service technician couldn’t figure out for two more days until he asked the shop foreman who knew the answer immediately. Very satisfied and highly recommend Shawn and MB of Bonita. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my visit except for one area. I just spent $1,100 on a 5 day job to fix a $6 o-ring on the turbo line and soon to be doing the brakes. Using the loaner I chose to go to lunch with the wife to Punta Gorda which is not far from Bonita. Recieved a text stating out of the area a charge per mile will apply and was charged.
