Being a newer Mercedes customer and getting the maintenance done on our vehicle is always a breeze...Ryan in the Service Department is so helpful, and knowledgeable that each time I have a question or am needing help to schedule anything he is always very easy to get ahold of ready to help. His customer service is always right on point and focuses on that particular customer and makes sure they are taken care from beginning to end. He always makes our experience better each time and we will go back to him going forward.
I always take my car to Mercedes Benz of Billings for service and mostly because of Ryan. He always remembers us and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of and that things go smoothly. :)

The only reason I continue to go back to Mercedes is simply because of Ryan Burt! He always goes above and beyond and personally I think he should be more involved with customers. He has never been pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't need. In the car business I find this to be extremely rare. Thank you Ryan for showing you care about your job!
