I got to Billings yesterday and my Sprinter check engine light comes on (I'm from Dallas) I call service and they tell me that they cant (won't) look at my van for 2 weeks,, I asked please just use the scanner and tell me the codes,,, Ryan says sorry can't our sprinter guy is too busy,,, ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? so when I drive home Monday and if my sprinter breaks down ,, I'll just send you the repair bills,,, way to leave a stranger stranded !!!
