Service department is first rate. They listen & give sound recommendations for addressing your issues. I have been a customer since 2008 when they opened & have found the quality of work in the shop to be first rate.
Do not go to this dealer for work on your sprinter rv. I was having issues with the rv not starting. I was given an estimate of $3,000 to replace the EIS, battery, k110 relay for adblue control unit, maintenance. I had them replace the battery and the relay to the tune of $879. Two days later I was stranded on I-90 East late afternoon when the engine just stopped 16 miles outside of Buffalo, WY....
