RecommendedFriendly service, go out of their way to help, even picked me up from Powell, WY so I could pick up my new car; and checking back a month later to see how I am doing.
They will be happy to sell you a car. Two years later when we want to get rid of it and need information on the additional warranty we purchased is a different story. We have spent the last two weeks calling and speaking with different people promising to call right back. Have not received a single call back in this time. Passing through Montana last month our Sprinter RV dash lit up like Christmas. We were able to make it to MB of Billings just as they were closing. Shawn and his team not only took the time to diagnose the problem after hours, they had us back on the road before noon the next day. They do not and will not help you when having warranty issues even if advised by corporate office. Please shop elsewhere!!
