The service area is very poorly managed - even before covid. Phones not answered, no one at the reception desk, customers wandering around the service area seeking help. It's not just me, I spoke to several people who had the same experience this week. To add insult to injury they compel you to prepay the service charges, so even if you wanted to go somewhere else you probably couldn't.
