pick up the phone more quickly - been on hold for almost 16 minutes now. Poor communication and difficult to speak to a human unless you physically go in there. I'd speak to Phil Fox who very nice and understanding but he doesn't publish his # so you still have to wait on hold forever. It's a big enough dealership that should have improved by now. Goimng to give up now - life is too short😏
