Left my Smart Car for a recall, picked it up with a dent and some scratches. Notified my service rep David Nieves via voice call and text. Nothing! Maybe it’s because I’m a Latino and I wasn’t driving a $200,000 AMG Benz. I feel very disrespected and like I wasn’t worth their business. Sorry, it’s the truth.
