Worst and lowest level car dealership experience that I had ever over the last 10 years of luxury car ownership with this so called dealership. Made a appointment to come in to take a look at one of their cars for purchase and trade in my car. When i got there no one was welcoming and had to ask around for the person (Brigette) I had appointment with just to find out she is not even working today although I had confirmed appointment.
