I had to leave my vehicle to final touch up after body shop released to this dealer. They have given me several false information and promises about the status of my car. Somehow they could not find the issues with the car , and they have come up with a million lies and excuses. My car has been parked in the dealer for more than a month. The service advisors here are patronizing, condescending, rude, and unhelpful. I truly believe if I were a rich man (not a young woman) I would've been treated different. My keys fell inside the car trunk. I had locked the doors too. I called MB RA, they told me the closest dealership is Beverly Hills, and they will open my trunk door using a computer system. Cant even rate them theyre the worst. My *** went in for shaking and transmission slipping. First thing the asked was the check engine light on. I said no. Do a 369 inspection. They did found out the the motor mounds and transmission mounds were the corporate. So keep the Car fo 4days . Could not finish the work on the *** because of parts. I had ordered an item online on https://www.bhbenz.com/parts/order-parts, received a confirmation and PayPal emails. The order had included item and shipping charges. For a reason next morning my order was canceled without any explanation. I was contacting customer service 5 times asking to explain a cancellation reason. Also, I asked to process my order.
