Took my car in for service B - horrible experience. Got a call the day after I dropped it off then never got a call saying it was ready. Dropped it off on Wednesday early afternoon. Called Thursday, then Friday (no call back) and then finally again on Monday I called again. They told me my car was ready. What would have happened if I didn’t call on Monday?

We bought an older car (ten years old), a wonderful convertible, partly because we knew we could bring it to you for servicing ... we’ve finished a couple of the “should do now” items and love, love driving it around town, with the top down!!!
