Tamir, my service advisor is great. My only complain was they had no loaner cars available so I was car less for almost 2 days. Granted I didn’t have an appointment, my convertible top stuck 1/2 way open, but it was a bit inconvenient. Besides that everything was handled great.
The service department was excellent and very professional! I dealt with Jose Ramos and he had my brakes fixed in just a few hours.
