Excellent Service. This is my 2nd car with Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills and they will get my business for the next as well. This time around we had to bring our kids, one is 4 the other 10 years of age. And all the staff was so accommodating to them, which allowed the process to go smoothly, anyone knows kids can get restless after 15-20 minutes. But the staff made sure to entertain and they enjoyed their time. Thanks, Andre Dawson and Beverly Hills Mercedes-Benz.
Great care. Friendly. Going there over 30 years. The best.
Excellent service. I arrived first thing in the morning for 1st service and damaged tire replacement. I had a doctor’s appointment close by. They shuttled me back and forth. No loaners were available. They checked and found a second tire that was problematic. I asked them to change that also. I told them I had to be out by noon to pick up friends at the airport. My car was ready by noon. I’m very pleased.
