My Service Advisors Jose Ramos and Desmond were OUTSTANDING. The follow through and follow up was what one would expect from Mercedes Benz. That is so important as a Buyer or any client should be able to expect 5 Star Service from The Dealers Service Dept. Jose and Desmond , the Service Advisors certainly represented MBZ at their high Quality and assurance as Service Advisors, based on their performance MBZ maintained their well earned Reputation�

I have been coming here for warranty and regular maintenance work for four years and, to be quite honest, I was never really impressed with the service department until I got a new service advisor - Jose Blandon. I've been in twice since he started, once for a warranty repair and once for a maintenance appointment, both were a significantly better customer experience as he actually listens and responds to me instead of just pushing me to purchase every possible service item.
