They had my car for 10 days and said they fixed all the issues but I’m discovering now they didn’t. Don’t have another 10 days left to do this all again. Uggg
My wife bought a gle 550 plug in about two weeks ago which we were very satisfy and the salesman Amir was very pleasant and friendly and the sales manager is very too. However I think Mercedes shud do more training of their sales and service people more knowledgeable about plug ins. Specifically when I ask where to get a 220v charging cable no one seems to know where to get one and I was surprise Mercedes don’t even produce one and rely on the aftermarket supplier. Made an appointment for Service A, which is just an oil change and new oil filter. Gave the attendant my car and settled in the waiting room. After 30 minutes I was informed they ran out of oil filters and could not do the service I had booked. I was also told that when you book an appointment they have no system for determining the actually have the necessary parts. So, I blew a morning. This is Mercedes of Beverly Hills! No oil filters!
After three tries they finally and hopefully fixed the transmission. Brand new car with less than 500 miles on it and we had to keep bringing it back for shifting problems. Thank goodness for the loner program.....
My service advisor, Jose Ramos, was very helpful, prompt and courteous. He did an excellent job!
