RecommendedMB of Augusta took our vehicle in for service right away. Really, next day service. It would have been same day service had I not been at work. Anyway, they were punctual, listened to us, and immediately assigned a tech to our case. We had errands to run and they said no problem, they’d call us when it was ready. A few hours later we picked our vehicle up and the issue was corrected. No charge, a thank you, and we were on our way. I wish all other service departments were this efficient and friendly. Good job!

RecommendedYes and no. I am happy with what was done. But not happy how it was handled. I called prior to driving 60 miles there to get the price for a service “B” on my sprinter. I was told either 335 or 385 (I don’t remember). I was happy with that and felt it was fair. Once I was in the waiting area, Ben approaches me about going ahead and changing out the fuel filter.
